Malabar Challengers academy gathering

About us

Football, run with the discipline of public service

Malabar Sports & Recreation Foundation is a not-for-profit company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, founded by a group of retired civil servants and their associates with a single aim — promoting football in Kerala and India.

Who we are

Owned by a foundation, not by shareholders

MSRF owns and operates Malabar Challengers Football Club. Because we are not-for-profit, every rupee raised returns to coaching, facilities, nutrition and welfare for the children in our care.

  • Founded and governed by retired civil servants of the highest standing
  • A not-for-profit Section 8 company — every rupee returns to the game
  • Nutrition, education and welfare tracked alongside football
  • Transparent progress reporting for every parent
